Don't Forget Your Colors!

When it comes to your plate, one of the best ways to ensure that you're getting a healthy meal is to see how many colors you can get on your plate. The more colors, the better. I challenge you to try to add as many colors to your plate as you can.
Below is a dinner I've had recently: Vege burger with green beans, mac and cheese, and cajun sweet potatoes. All vegan and all delicious!
