So it's no secret that I am a huge lover of Italian food, and one of my favorite meals is pasta bolognese or pasta with meat sauce. Well, this is my plant-based protein packed gluten-free version of it!
It is chickpea pasta made with pea-protein "meat". Trust me when I say that this meal tastes exactly like the original. I used organic tomato sauce with ingredients that I could read and clearly understand, and I added fresh basil and red pepper flakes. This meal is packed with at least 35-50g of protein. Amazing right?!
