Intimidation and fear are very powerful. And I know it stops a lot of you from pursuing your goals or even coming up to me when I exhibit at health fairs. You may have a fear of being judged, a fear of failing, or perhaps you’re intimidated by the change and you’re constantly comparing yourself to others.
For those of you out there like this, here is my message to you:
It’s okay to be fearful and intimidated
It’s okay to be skeptical
Don’t ever let it stop you from achieving your goals
Don’t compare yourself to others
Don’t stop hoping
Don’t criticize yourself
Don’t assume you’ll have the same results as someone else
What you need to do is:
Believe in yourself
Throw away your scale
Hope more, work hard, and kick butt
Look for support (a friend, family member, or a health coach like me with you every step of the way)
So, stomp that fear and intimidation in the dust and move forward confident and hopeful that you will be successful in your goals. I believe in you!
