This smoothie is by far the one I make the most. It has the most veggies and it’s the most versatile. This means that I can add a tablespoon of cinnamon and get a completely different, yet scrumptious smoothie with even more benefits.
The kiwi and coconut gives this smoothie a “tropical paradise” feel and you cannot even taste the vegetables in it. Drink up! Be better & be healthy!

2 Kiwi 1 Banana or 1/2 cup of pineapple ¼ cup of unsweetened coconut (optional) 1 celery stalk 2 small-medium carrots ½ cucumber ½ to ¾ cup of almond/coconut milk or water 4 handfuls of spinach optional: protein powder
