Did you Know? Healthy, Inexpensive, & Non-Meat Protein

It’s a common misconception that meat is the only source of protein for one’s diet. Not only that, but it is often believed that vegetables cannot provide adequate, if not more, protein that meat sources. Well, I’m here to educate you otherwise, and you don’t have to take my word for it. According to the USDA “protein needs can easily be met by eating a variety of plant-based foods.”
